Abstract Framed Poster | “Shadows of the Coast”

A clean frame gives the painting's sharp horizon and layered memory a defined architectural edge.

Abstract Framed Poster | "Shadows of the Coast" carries Shadows of the Coast, an original textured acrylic painting from Ceren McKay’s Urban Dreams Collection, rooted in memories of growing up beside the Mediterranean. A distant coastal city rises in crimson, orange, and sunlit yellow above deep teal, turquoise, and blue water. A sharp horizontal break separates the bright architecture from long dark reflections, capturing how a childhood home can feel through time and distance. Palette-knife texture holds both the vivid place that remains in memory and the shadows created by looking back from far away.

Choose black for a stronger boundary or red oak for a warmer surrounding tone. Five square sizes from 10 to 18 inches allow the work to sit alone, join a gallery wall, or bring colour to a smaller office or reading area. The Acrylite front protects the matte print while keeping the finished piece lighter than traditional glass, and the supplied hardware supports straightforward hanging.

This framed work carries Ceren McKay's memory of a real Mediterranean coast, with palette-knife texture translated from canvas. It offers a personal sense of place rather than the interchangeable beach imagery found in much ready-made wall decor.
