At by Ceren McKay, I operate on a slow-fashion, made-to-order model. This means your artwear or home decor is created specifically for you after your order is placed, reducing waste and staying true to my commitment to intentional consumption.
1. Production & Handling Time
Because every item is custom-printed, there is a production period before your order ships.
- Standard Production Time: 2 to 7 business days.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer. I appreciate your patience while your unique piece is being crafted.
2. Shipping Destinations
I currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada.
- Orders with shipping addresses outside of these two countries cannot be processed at this time.
- If you are located outside these regions and are interested in a specific piece, please contact me via WhatsApp or email before attempting to purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Delivery estimates begin after the production process is complete and the item has been handed over to the carrier.
- United States: 5 to 14 business days.
- Canada: 10 to 25 business days (In some cases, shipping can take up to 30 business days depending on customs and local carrier speeds).
Please note: These are estimates provided by shipping carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Rates & “Selected Items” Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout. My store is integrated with my production partners to provide the most accurate shipping costs based on the specific items in your cart, their weight, and your delivery address.
Free Shipping on Selected Items: I offer free shipping on selected items once your order reaches the following totals:
- United States: Free shipping on eligible items for orders over $99 USD.
- Canada: Free shipping on eligible items for orders over $135 CAD.
How to identify eligible items: Only items marked with a Free Shipping badge on the product page count toward the free shipping threshold. If an item does not display the badge, it is excluded from this offer regardless of the order total. Shipping costs for excluded items will be calculated and added at checkout.
5. Tracking & Multiple Shipments
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. If you order different types of items (for example, a hoodie and a canvas print), they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
6. Issues with Delivery (Lost or Damaged)
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, I am here to help.
- Damaged Items: Please contact me within 14 days of the date the item was delivered with photos of the damage.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn’t updated and your order has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, please contact me so I can investigate with the carrier.
- Include your order number in all correspondence so I can coordinate a resolution with my production partners quickly.
