Fulfillment and Production Time:

All items in our store are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners such as Printful, Printify, and similar print-on-demand providers.
Production typically takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on the item.

Shipping Methods:

Orders are shipped using major carriers like USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post, depending on your location and the product. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Shipping Rates:

We charge flat-rate shipping based on the type of item, quantity, and shipping destination. These rates are calculated at checkout and are designed to reflect part of the actual fulfillment and delivery cost.

United States:

T-Shirts, Tote Bags, Postcards: $8 flat rate for orders under $99
Frameless Posters: $14.99 plus per-item cost
Large and Extra-Large Canvases: From $26 to $86.99 depending on size
Blankets and Hoodies: $14 plus $4 per additional item
Suitcases: Starting from $73.19
Bulky Items: $15 plus $5 per additional item
No Class Items: Flat $12

Canada:

T-Shirts, Tote Bags, Postcards: $14 flat rate for orders under $135
Frameless Posters: $51.49 plus $25.75 per additional item
Large and Extra-Large Canvases: From $59.99 to $165.99
Blankets and Hoodies: $14.09 plus $6.05 per additional item

Free shipping is available once your order reaches the following totals:

• Orders over $99 USD within the United States
• Orders over $135 CAD within Canada

This offer applies to selected items only, including t-shirts, tote bags, swimsuits, leggings, postcards, and frameless posters.

If your order includes items from different shipping categories, the total shipping cost will be calculated by combining the applicable rates for each class. These rates reflect the real differences in packaging, handling, and fulfillment costs across product types.

Delivery Time Estimates:

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and typically range as follows:

• United States: 3 to 9 business days
• Canada: 7 to 20 business days; in rare cases shipping can take up to 30 business days

Where We Ship:

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Orders placed from other countries will not be processed. If you are outside these countries and would like to order, please contact us before making a purchase.

Multiple Shipments:

If your order includes items from different categories or print providers, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking info for each package once it ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos if available. We will work with our print providers to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs and Updates:

Shipping rates are periodically reviewed and adjusted based on current fulfillment provider rates. We do our best to keep them affordable, and in some cases, we cover part of the cost to avoid passing the full amount to our customers.
