6. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment and Limitation of Liability

Please be advised that all physical products (such as canvas prints, posters, T-shirts, pillows, etc.) offered on cerenmckay.com are manufactured, fulfilled, and shipped by third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) providers. Once your order is processed and passed to our designated POD provider, they assume responsibility for:

  • Manufacturing the product according to your order specifications.
  • Packaging the product for shipment.
  • Arranging and coordinating the shipping and delivery of the product.
  • Providing tracking information, where applicable.

Ceren McKay is not responsible for any delays, errors, damages, losses, or issues that may occur during the manufacturing, packaging, shipping, or handling process once the order has been submitted to and accepted by the third-party POD provider. While we strive to work with reputable partners, any questions or issues directly pertaining to the physical delivery of your product, including but not limited to lost packages, transit delays, or items damaged during shipping, should be directed to the Print-on-Demand provider handling your specific order. We will, to the best of our ability, assist you in communicating with the POD provider where possible, but the final responsibility for the physical delivery and condition of the product during transit lies with the fulfillment service.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we no longer need to process your Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will either delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your location, you may have the following data protection rights concerning your Personal Information:

  • Right to Access: The right to request copies of your Personal Information.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.

Specifically, as cerenmckay.com is an online print-on-demand/merch shop, our operations, including print fulfillment and shipping, may involve partners located in various countries. By submitting your Personal Information, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

International Deliveries and Customs/Import Duties/Taxes: Please be advised that if you are an international customer, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (including VAT) levied by your country of destination. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on cerenmckay.com. These fees are typically collected upon delivery by the shipping carrier or customs authority. Ceren McKay has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend that international customers check with their local customs office for information on potential charges before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us, in which case a refund will only be issued for the product price, excluding original shipping costs and any return shipping or customs charges incurred by us.

11. Security of Your Information

The security of your Personal Information is paramount to us. We implement a variety of security measures, including physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
